Heartbroken

Do you think next year you could put something in the rules mentioning the long submission process? Maybe mention that submissions must be completed by 12pm sharp? Because this year my team had no idea about this rule, so we planned on submitting very shortly before 12pm to put as much work into the project as we could, and although we were ready to submit at 11:57am we of course didn't have time to complete all the essay questions. I worked really hard on my team's project and it was crushing to learn that our project basically didn't exist because we were a few minutes late. It's so frustrating because you'll find NO MENTION about how the submission works anywhere on this site, we genuinely had no idea the submission would take more than 30 seconds of our time. Names, GitHub link, submit. That's all you need! Then we can answer the essay questions AFTER submitting until 1pm! I need to stop myself before I rant... seriously one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever taken apart in, and it could have been so easily avoided with just a little more guidance on behalf of HooHacks!
